Your first visit is all about getting to know you. We will conduct a comprehensive examination including digital X-rays, assess your gum health, and listen to your smile goals. We then craft a clear, prioritised treatment plan with no pressure and no jargon.

We believe exceptional dental care should be accessible. We work with all major medical aids and offer clear, upfront fee estimates for every procedure. Interest-free payment plans are available to spread the cost of larger treatment plans.

Common Questions

How often should I visit the dentist?
For most patients we recommend a check-up and professional clean every six months. Patients with active gum disease or a higher risk of decay may need to come more frequently — we will advise you on the schedule that suits your needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a list of any current medications, details of your medical aid, and your completed new patient form (available from our reception). Arrive 10 minutes early so we can take care of admin before you go in.
Do you treat nervous or anxious patients?
Absolutely. Many of our patients experience dental anxiety and our entire team is trained to provide a calm, reassuring experience. We take extra time to explain each step and will never rush you. Sedation options are available on request.
Which medical aids do you accept?
We work with all major medical aid schemes including Discovery, Momentum, Bonitas, Medihelp and Gems. Our reception team will assist with pre-authorisation and claims. We also offer flexible payment plans for larger treatment plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment so we can offer the slot to another patient. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
